Final is coming back =)


Assalamualaikum...

Now ni dh menghampiri bulan 11... So, final xm utk student2 IPTA pn dah bersedia menunggu. Hak3. Saya pn cuak gak nk xm ni. Pape pn stdy la. Tp... stdy, stdy gak. Saya pn stdy gak. Fhm2 la..sambil stdy byk ag anasir2 yang bleh mengganggu. Nk tgk cte la, nk uat tu la, nk uat ni la..mcm2... yg plg best rse nk tito tu lg banyak berbanding yg lain2 tu. Asyk ngntuk jer. Sem ni sem ke 3 degree saya. Saya ade 7 subjek sume skali. Tp yang masuk final ada 5 subjek jer. English, Law armed conflict, circuit theorem, microprocessor & complex variable. Huhu.. Microprocessor tu killer subjek. Bce pn xfhm gak. Complicated... huhu.. Pape pn usaha tangga kejayaan. Allah hanya akan tolong org2 yang berusaha.



Kesempatan ni saya nk wish kat kawan2 yang akan same2 berjuang untuk final kali ni. Xkire la kwn2 kat UPNM ke @ kat IPTA lain. Gud Luck 4 all of you. Try ur best.. Dont give up.. I always pray for our sukses.. Pape pn, jgn tinggal solat & byk2 la doa ngn tuhan. InsyaAllah doa akn dimakbulkn kalo bdoa dgn bersungguh. Gud luck kwn2.. Cayouk!!!!

7 Natural ways to relieve stress...????!!!


There are many natural ways to relieve stress.

1. Breathing - take long, slow, even breaths when you recognise you are stressed. This will help you to feel calm and controlled and take your mind off your anxious thoughts. Be sure to breath out just as slowly as you breath in, say to the count of six. Do this for as long as you can and keep your awareness on your breathing.

2. Laugh - watch a funny film or program. Visit YouTube and find some funny animal clips. Try to look at the light side of a situation. This will break the circuit of anxiety and help you gain a new perspective.

3. Meditate - learning to meditate is very relaxing and health-enhancing. There are many ways to meditate. One way is to lie down, close your eyes and consciously relax every part of your body - allow it to feel heavy and loose. Now continue to breathe slowly to the count of four and out to the count of four. Keep focused on your breathing. If thoughts intrude, just notice them and return your focus to your breath. Another meditation technique is to stare at a candle flame, just focusing your awareness on the movement and shape of the flame.

4. Walk in nature. Do you have park, garden, beach or river near you? Moving water can have a particularly restful effect.

5. Essential oils - some that help relieve stress are Bergamot, Sandalwood, Geranium, Roman Chamomile, Clary Sage, Lavender and Sweet Marjoram. Ylang Ylang is also good. Use one of the oils or a blend of 2-3. Ways to use them include putting a few drops in a vaporizer and inhaling, putting 10-12 drops in a warm bath - stay in the bath for 20 to 30 minutes. A good stress blend is three drops Lavender, two drops Geranium and one drop Ylang Ylang.

6. B Vitamins. These become depleted when the body is stressed. Replacing them with supplements can bring some energy and relief.

7. Herbs - talk to the naturopath at a good health food store. Herbs known to relieve stress are St John's Wort, Siberian Ginseng, Oats, Skullcap and Lady's Slipper.

Sambutan Hari Raya UPNM =)

3 Oktober 2009... Sambutan Hari Raya peringkat UPNM dah diadakan. Sambutan ni bermula pd pukul 8.30 pagi. Konon2 la kn.. Tp disebabkn Dato' sampai lewat, so majlis pn lewat la start. Bdk2 batalion tuah lak dah baris sebelum pukul 7 ag. Sumer org pkai lawa2. Xpecially ladies la. Tp sy pkai biase2 je. Xpandai nk mlawa cam kwn2 ni. Hak3... Tkpela.. Simple pun ok ape. After baris, sumer gerak g padang UPNM. Sementara tggu dato' sampai, sempat la bdk2 UPNM ni bergambar. Bdk2 palapes yang duk kat luar tu pn dtg gak untuk meriahkan majlis raya ni.

Kat tgh2 padang UPNM ni mmg agak meriah la tgk dr jauh. Sbb byk sgt khemah yg disediakan untuk setiap gerai. Gerai ni plak dibahagikan kpd banyak bahagian. Gerai dr ALK, fakulti n mcm2 ag. Gerai dr BAKAT dan puspanita pn ade jgk. Mane ntah UPNM dpt khemah byk2 ni. Sbb byk sgt khemah ni, ktorg la yg kne fitik utk dirikn khemah2 ni. Tp berbaloi gak la sbb mknan sume best2. Cume rmai sgt owg yg dtg. Sbb tu sampai berebut2.

Dayah, Ziela & Sarah (ladies kompeni D batalion Tuah)

Makanan paling best skali adalah sate. Sbb sy mmg suke sate. hehe... Sib baik Ziela tlg amikkn untuk saya. Thanx Ziela. Mane xramainye. Sampai 6 batalion join skali. Tuah, Jebat, Kasturi, Lekir, Lekiu dan Palapes. Xlupe jgk senior LKTA. Dorg pn join gak. Cian snr LKTA, dah la nk msuk hutan. Snr ckp,kalo ikotkn dorg xleh join majlis ni sbb dorg kne duk dlm keadaan 'standby' sblm msuk hutan ni. Dah rezeki dorg, dpt gak la join.

Ladies intake 2007 bergaya
Sepanjang majlis ni berlangsung, ade byk acara gak sbnrnye. Antaranye rebut gula2 antara kanak2, make up, pertandingan makan lemang dan jugak BINGO. Yang best tgk skali adalah tgk bdk rebut gula2. Mcm2 jenis reaksi bdk2 ni. Ade msukkn gula2 dlm songkok, dlm baju & mcm2 la. Yang pertandingan make up plak kte ley tgk si laki ni make up dye punye isteri. Hahaha... Ntah la pe jd ngn muke isteri dorg. Acara ni saya xsempat tgk la sbb nk g ziarah byk ag gerai ni. G plak ngn Si Lalat ni. Mmg best la sbb lalat pn suke gak jln2 ni.

Acara last skali adalah ucapan dato'. Aduiiiii.... Penat tol berdiri. Hujan lak tu. Sib baik hujan rintik2. Tp mmg xkering gusi la. Sbb sy duk blkg. Ngn senior2 intake 2006. Dorg mmg lawak gile. Nk knekn skuad2 dorg. Mcm2 perangai. Rank Holder lak dah xlarat dah nk tgor dorg suh snyap. Sy pn ditarik skali tgk dorg uat lawak bodoh. Mmg best. Sambil main2 dorg bergambar gak. Junior2 la yg jd mangsa. Junior ladies lak segan2 nk bergambar ngn snr. Pape pn dorg ikot la ckp snr tu. Heheh..

Adeehh... Lps baris, ade plak check strength. Tuah mmg mantap. Drp 44 org yg xdtg baris, 24 org adalah bdk tuah. X pasal2 yg xdtg baris ni kne FSMO. Kan dh penat. Sbar ea. Hmmm... Spatutnye hepy, jd menda len lak. Sib baik xkaco bdk2 yg dtg baris. kalo ade yg x g lapor kat RP, 1 batalion tuah yg kne nanti. Hrp2 dorg sume cukup la g lapor kat RP. Huhuhu... Pape pn, sambutan tu 'not bad' sbb dpt mkn byk2. Free lak tue. Hehe.. Thn dpn uat ag ea. Uat ag meriah. Tp xmo fitik. Heee=)
